Registering Students 

The Eye Report is needed to register a student with LIMC. The form needs to be complete and the parent must give us permission to have their child’s information. 

APH Permission Slip asks the parent to give them permission for IMC to share their child’s information.

Order Textbooks, Educational Materials & Equipment 

KLAS online ordering is the preferred method of ordering any items for IMC. 

The book order form can be used only with permission from the Director.

Request Services

Need training on an AT device, ordering materials, software such as BrailleBlaster or Duxbury, or creating tactile materials? Consultations are available for VI professionals, students, and/or families.

This form will initiate the process to have your brailler repaired. Please include this form when you return your brailler to the IMC.

LEGO Braille Bricks 

The LEGO Braille Bricks concept is a playful methodology that teaches Braille to children who are blind or have a visual impairment. Each colorful LEGO brick is molded with studs that correspond to numbers and letters in the Braille alphabet and has a corresponding printed symbol or letter. This allows sighted and blind kids to play and learn together on equal terms.
